We also collect standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) automatically when you use the site.
How we use it
We use your information to operate the platform: to publish podcast listings, route sponsorship inquiries to the right host, respond to contact requests, and send transactional emails related to your account or listing. If you opt in to our newsletter, we use your email to send platform updates and sponsorship tips. You can unsubscribe at any time.
What we don’t do
We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not share your contact email publicly — it is used only to deliver inquiries and platform notifications. Sponsor inquiries are shared with the podcast host you contact, and only that host.
Payments
Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store your credit card details on our servers. Stripe’s privacy policy governs how your payment information is handled.
Cookies
Podsponsor.net uses cookies to keep you logged in and to understand how visitors use the site (via Google Analytics). You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some site features may not function correctly.
Data retention
We retain your account and listing data for as long as your account is active. If you request deletion of your account or listing, we will remove your data within 30 days.
