What Podsponsor is
Podsponsor.net is a podcast sponsorship directory and lead generation platform. We connect podcasters with brands that want to sponsor shows. We do not broker, manage, or guarantee sponsorship deals. Any agreement reached between a podcaster and a sponsor is solely between those two parties.
We take no commission
Podsponsor does not take a percentage of any sponsorship deal negotiated through the platform. What you agree on is yours to keep.
Podcast listings
By submitting a podcast listing, you confirm that you have the right to represent the show, that the audience statistics you provide are accurate to the best of your knowledge, and that your content does not violate any applicable laws. Podsponsor reserves the right to decline or remove any listing at our discretion.
Sponsor inquiries
By submitting a sponsorship inquiry, you confirm that you are a legitimate business or representative thereof. Submitting false or misleading information, or using the inquiry system to send spam, will result in removal from the platform.
Paid listings
Featured and Premium listing plans are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time — cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months. Podsponsor reserves the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.
No guarantees
Podsponsor does not guarantee that any listing will receive inquiries, or that any inquiry will result in a sponsorship deal. The platform is a discovery tool — outcomes depend on the podcasters and sponsors involved.
Limitation of liability
Podsponsor.net is provided “as is.” We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform, including lost revenue, failed sponsorship negotiations, or disputes between podcasters and sponsors.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
